How do I place an order?
Select a bloom box size of your choice & number of roses or mixed arrangement.
Customize your bloom box. Select colour of box and colour of flowers. You can include a personalized message & add on balloons, chocolates or cupcakes too. Mention your delivery date.
Add your receiver’s address where you’d like the flowers to be delivered to.
Pay & finish. Your bloom box is ready and set to go!
What are the box sizes & colours?
We currently have 5 box sizes which come in a square shape only. Please sign up to our news letter to receive regular updates about new box colours added & more designer floral presentation styles! At Le Bloom Box we’re always innovating!
The boxes are in 3 colours black, white & a light pastel pink.
The sizes are –
1.) Le Petit Small
The size of the box is 3.5” x 3.5” x 3.5”.
The size of the box is 4.5” x 4.5” x 4”.
The size of the box is 5.5” x 5.5” x 5”.
4.)Grand 50 roses
The size of the box is 10.5” x 10.5” x 7”.
The size of the box is 15” x 15” x 9”.
How do I customize the box?
You can select a pink, white or black box by clicking on the selection & select the rose colour by clicking on the selection as well. For an alphabet, number or heart in our Grand – 50 roses or Enorme 100 roses bloom boxes chose the option as well as the colour of rose you’d like the design to be in.
How do I add the add ons?
Select the add on you prefer & select the quantity or colour. The amount will be added to your total at the bottom of the page and you can view the cost of your add ons at the page bottom as well.
What are the terms of the delivery service?
Orders received can be delivered same day if placed before 5:30pm or on the next day if places after 5:30pm. If you require delivery over the weekend or special arrangements made, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For festive occasions like Diwali, valentine’s day, mother’s day, father’s day, rakhi etc we strongly recommend placing your order 2-3 days advance as due to heavy rush on these days orders take longer to process.
What are the Coverage Areas for the delivery service?
We currently deliver fresh flowers in Bombay, Pune, Delhi, Dehradun & Bengaluru only but will be expanding to more cities in India shortly. Sign up to receive updates in your inbox.
How much is the shipping charge?
The delivery prices are included in the prices listed on the website.
Can I pay through methods other than credit cards?
You can pay via credit card, debit card, internet banking & PayTM.
Where do I add the recipient’s information?
The recipient’s name, complete delivery address with the pin code & phone number need to be added in the ‘shipping address section’ of the order form. If there are any special requests do mention that as well.
Is the online payment system secure?
Yes, it is. All the online transactions and Credit Card processing on our website is handled by CC Now – one of the leading Credit Card processing service provider on the Internet and CCavenue’ – Indian online transaction service provider. How do I know that my order has been received?

Will my order look exactly like the photo?
Since flowers are a occur naturally, there can be slight inherent variations in the size & colour of the flower due to nature. However we try our best to meticulously pick the best flowers, some natural differences may occur. Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colors may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers’ sizes.
In certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item which is of equal or higher value. Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.

What is your return policy?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in the event that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don?t worry. Can I get a refund?
We do not guarantee refund for cases where:
Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products are preserved items if delivered to an incorrect address which was provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product post delivery.
Cancellation/modification request in a order made less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.
When will the refund show in my account?
Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.
